NOW THE JOURNEY ACTUALLY BEGINS!
Over the last several months, many of you have heard snippets about The Vine. We want to familiarize you with all it has to offer. The Vine will feature five premier amenities, with the first debuting this summer—targeted for June 2025. The remaining amenities will launch throughout the summer and fall of this year, creating a truly unforgettable experience.

April 2025: You’re invited to an exclusive Friends & Family event at The Vine! Be among the first to preview our space through stunning renderings, savor delicious small bites from our menu, enjoy tastings of our wines and cocktails, and meet our team in person. This is your chance to get a firsthand look and ask any questions you may have.

Application Fee: At these events, you will be given an exclusive Friends & Family membership package and you will be able to formally apply at the event. A refundable $895 fee will be collected to secure your spot.
Application: After the event, you will be sent an email with a link to our application. If you decide not to proceed or your application isn’t successful, the fee collected at the event will be refunded.
Final Step: A virtual meet-and-greet with our co-founders, Jacquie and Maggie, to ensure alignment with The Vine’s vision and community values.
Upon completion of these steps, you’ll officially join The Vine family!
As part of our gratitude to our founding members, annual membership fees won’t begin until all five amenities are fully operational. Your application fee will cover your membership costs until that time, reflecting our unwavering commitment to your satisfaction as we establish Lexington’s premier social club.

This members-only rooftop destination combines an upscale sports bar vibe with an intimate dining experience, featuring shareable plates and special member events.
The Pool @ The Vine Club
Our rooftop pool includes a walk-up bar, private cabanas, and vibrant cocktails. Pair your swim with great music and unparalleled views.
The Spa @ The Vine Club
A boutique sanctuary offering massages, champagne, fresh juices, steam showers, a cold plunge, red-light therapy sauna, and a hot tub—all with breathtaking views of Lexington.
Events @ The Vine Club
Located on the 10th floor, this stunning event space features floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the pool and downtown Lexington. With capacity for 100 seated guests or 200 for cocktail events, it’s perfect for creating unforgettable moments.
