Can I tour The Vine Club before I apply for membership?

What does the member application process look like?
Prospective members begin by completing our online application at:
https://join.thevinelex.com/application
The application allows us to get to know you and ensure each new member aligns with the culture, community, and elevated experience The Vine is known for. Once submitted, our Membership Team reviews your application and may follow up with a personal conversation or invitation for a private tour of the club. Approved applicants will then receive their official membership offer and onboarding details.
Do you conduct a background check as part of the membership application process?
Our team will use the information you provided to conduct a background check as part of the membership approval process. While this will not affect your credit rating, we will assess publicly available financial records and other relevant factors to ensure applicants have demonstrated financial responsibility and the ability to consistently portray discretion. Our goal is to maintain the financial and physical safety of our members.
How long does it take to become a member?
If there are open spots available, the application process takes 3-4 days. If we are at capacity, we will add you to a waiting list and be in touch when we have some additional openings.
Are children allowed at The Vine?
Yes, individuals under the age of 21 are welcome at The Vine, but they must be accompanied by an adult member (aged 21 or older) at all times.
Please note the following guidelines:
- Guests under 21 are not permitted in the Club after 7:00 PM.
- Attendance at events is only permitted if explicitly stated as open to those under 21.
- Members are fully responsible for the behavior and supervision of their children while on the premises.
Membership
What are the benefits of membership?

What type of member events will occur?
We will have wine tastings, cooking classes, yoga by the pool, Kentucky watch parties, game nights, Keeneland brunches, and many more events for our members to enjoy!
How do I find out about events?
Our event calendar can be found in the Vine Club Member Portal under “Events”. Members will also receive an email regarding upcoming events.
Can I upgrade my membership?
You can upgrade your membership at any time as long as we can accommodate additional VIP memberships at that time. To request an upgrade, email membership@thevinelex.com.
Can my partner/spouse use my membership?
Inclusion depends on the specific membership tier you select:
Individual (Social or VIP): Provides access for the primary member only.
Couple (Social or VIP): Includes the primary member and one additional adult residing at the same address.
VIP – Household: Includes two adults and up to four children (under age 21) residing in the same household, for a total of six (6) people.
Requirements: All household members must share the same primary residence and may be required to provide proof of residency upon request. Anyone under 21 must be accompanied by an adult member (21+) at all times and is not permitted in the Club after 7:00 PM.
Can I bring guests?
Guest privileges are determined by your membership tier or your original enrollment date:
Social Members (Individual or Couple): May bring one (1) guest at any time.
VIP Members (Individual, Couple, or Household): May bring a maximum of two (2) guests at any time.
2025 Members: Members who joined at our 2025 rates retain the privilege of bringing two (2) guests.
Guests must be accompanied by a member at all times while on Club premises or attending events. Members are responsible for their guests’ conduct and must ensure they adhere to the Club’s Code of Conduct.
Can a guest come to The Vine without a member present?

Is there a minimum monthly spend required at The Vine Club?
No, there is no minimum monthly spend required. We believe in offering flexibility and freedom to enjoy the club in a way that suits your lifestyle. While there’s no required spending threshold, we do encourage members to make the most of their experience — whether that’s dining with friends, booking a spa service, attending an event, or simply enjoying time on the rooftop. The more you engage, the more value you’ll find in your membership
How do I submit feedback or requests?
To submit feedback, log in to The Vine Club Member Portal and on the “Home” page, navigate to the “Provide Feedback” page. Alternatively, you can send an email to memberships@thevinelex.com.
Can I pause my membership?
We do not offer the option to pause memberships. We are committed to maintaining a consistent and vibrant community experience for all members year-round. While we understand that travel or personal commitments may arise, our membership model is designed to support ongoing engagement and access to club offerings.
How do I cancel my membership?
Email memberships@thevinelex.com, and they will assist. Cancellations must be requested in writing before the annual renewal date. Once processed, membership fees are non-refundable, except in cases where cancellation occurs before the renewal date.

How do I access my member portal?
Visit member.thevinelex.com to log into your member portal using the email we have on file. If you forgot your password, please select “Forgot Password”.
How do I access my account information in my member portal?
On your mobile phone (recommended), press the two bars above “Home” on the upper left corner of the home page. Then, scroll to the bottom of the screen and click on your name. This will lead you to your “Accounts” page where you can find your digital membership ID card, your profile information, and more.
On your desktop computer, click on your name in the lower left corner of the screen.
How do I update my personal information or change my password in my member portal?
Click on your name in the lower left corner of the screen, then click on “Profile” to access your personal information, and click on “Advanced Settings” to update your password.
Bookings
How do I make a dining reservation at The Vine?
Members can make dining reservations for The V and the rooftop within their member portal under “Reservations”. VIP Members can also text the concierge number at any time to make reservations.
How do I make a reservation at The Spa?
Members can book a massage appointment at The Spa within their member portal under “Spa”.
Who do I contact to plan special events at The Vine?
Within the Vine Club Member Portal, navigate to the “Amenities” page to submit a private event request. If you are not a member, contact Kelly Wilson at Kelly@thevinelex.com to learn more about hosting your event at The Vine.
Do I have to have a membership at The Vine to have an event there?
No, anyone can host an event at The Vine. However, members receive priority bookings and preferred rates.
Can I host a special event at The Spa?
Yes, within the Vine Club Member Portal, navigate to the “Amenities” page and then select “The Spa at The Vine Club” to submit a private event request.
How do I book cabanas at The Pool?
Within the Vine Club Member Portal, navigate to the “Reservations” page and then select “The Cabanas” to reserve one of our cabanas. Cabanas are the only club amenity where members may host up to 10 guests, making them ideal for casual gatherings or special celebrations.
Payment
How do I update my payment method for my membership?
In your member portal, click on your name in the lower left corner of the screen and then click on “Wallet”. Select the payment method you would like to update or choose “Add Payment Method” and follow the prompts.
Will my membership fees automatically renew?
Yes, membership dues auto-renew each year. However, you will receive an email notification 60 days before your membership renewal.
What payment methods are accepted?
Visa, Amex, Mastercard, and Discover
Where can I find a record of my receipts?
In your member portal, click on your name in the lower left corner of the screen and then click on “Billing”. If you have any questions on a bill, please email our team at support@thevinelex.com.
