How do I cancel my membership?

How do I submit feedback or requests?
You can use this form *link* to send feedback or ideas for the vine. Feel free to submit your feedback anonymously!
Can I upgrade my membership?
Yes! You can upgrade your membership at any time as long as we can accommodate additional VIP memberships at that time.
Can my partner use my membership?
Absolutely!
How do I sign up for a membership?
You can sign up directly on our website at thevinelex.com
Can I pause my membership?
We cannot pause memberships unfortunately.
Payment

How do I update my payment method for my membership?
This can be done directly in our member portal under ‘Account’.
Will my membership fees automatically renew?
They will not! One of our team members will be in touch with you 30 days prior to your renewal to confirm how you would like to proceed and to review any new updates within our club with you.
What payment methods are accepted?
Visa, Amex, Mastercard, Discover
Will I receive the initiation fee ($895)Â back if my application is not successful?
Absolutely! You will receive a full refund in 3-5 business days after the interview process is complete.
How do I sign up for a membership?
Where can I find a record of my receipts?
Your charges will be stored in our member portal. If you have any questions on a bill, please email support@thevinelex.com and they will assist.
Guests

Can I bring guests?
Absolutely. Our members are responsible for the behavior of their guests, so it is important to ensure your guests align with our values at the Vine Club.
Can a guest come to the vine without a member present?
We do not allow guests without a member present.
Bookings

How do I make reservations at the Vine?
If you have a VIP membership, text the concierge number at any time to make any booking at the vine.
If you have a social membership, you can make your reservations via our online portal.Â
If you do not have a membership and are interested in having dinner at V., you can make a reservation by calling their phone number.
Do I need to reserve a table for the complimentary continental breakfast?
You do not! This will be available every morning for our members to enjoy at their leisure.Â
How do I find out about special events?
Our events will be posted for our members within our member portal and will be sent via email to our members.
Who do I contact to plan special events at the Vine?
Contact Kelly@thevinelex.com and she will be happy to plan your special event!
Do I have to have a membership at the vine to have an event there?
You do not! Anyone is welcome to have their special event with us! However, members do receive a discount!
How do I reserve a conference room for a meeting?
Reserving a conference rooms is a VIP amenity! You can book a conference room by texting your concierge and they will get it taken care of for you.
Can I rent the spa out for special events?
Absolutely! Contact Kelly@thevinelex.com if you are interested in planning an event at our spa!
How do I book cabanas at the pool?
Cabana rentals and packages are reserved through our member portal.
Personal Information

How do I update my personal information on my account?
This can be done directly in our member portal under the ‘Account’ section.
Application process

What does the application process look like?
You can sign up for a membership online. From there, you will receive a link to fill out our application and consent forms. Once completed, we will run a background check and schedule a quick 30 minute interview. After your interview, you will receive your approval status via email!
How long does it take to become a member?
The application process takes 1-2 weeks if there are open spots available. If we are at capacity, we will add you to a waiting list and be in touch when we have some additional openings.
Children

Can I bring kids to the pool?
Yes! Kids are welcome at our rooftop pool until 6:30pm.
Can I bring kids to the V. ?
Yes, kids are welcome at V. for dinner until 8pm.
Experience

How often will there be live music at the Vine?
We will incorporate live bands and DJs at our upstairs Bar monthly for our members to enjoy.
What type of member events will occur?
We will have wine tastings, cooking classes, yoga by the pool, Kentucky watch parties, game nights, keeneland brunches, and many more events for our members to enjoy!
How many guests can the event space hold?
Our event space can carry up to 200 people.
