General

We’d love to give you a tour of our amenities as soon as we officially open this summer. Until that time, please reach out to our Director of Memberships, Kelly Wilson at Kelly@thevinelex.com, she’ll share more about our amenities, member benefits, and renderings of the Club.

Click here to join our waitlist. As soon as applications are live, you’ll be the first to know! Our member application is a series of questions to get to know you a little better, followed by you consenting to abide by our Member Code of Conduct and Membership Agreement. Our team will carefully review your application and get back to you within 1-2 weeks regarding your approval status. Pending membership approval, you will be automatically charged a one-time $895 initiation fee. Please note, you will not be charged dues until all four of our signature amenities are open — it’s our way of ensuring you experience the full value of The Vine from the very start.

Our team will use the information you provided to conduct a background check as part of the membership approval process. While this will not affect your credit rating, we will assess publicly available financial records and other relevant factors to ensure applicants have demonstrated financial responsibility and the ability to consistently portray discretion. Our goal is to maintain the financial and physical safety of our members.

If there are open spots available, the application process takes 1-2 weeks. If we are at capacity, we will add you to a waiting list and be in touch when we have some additional openings.

Yes, individuals under the age of 21 are welcome at The Vine, but they must be accompanied by an adult member (aged 21 or older) at all times.

Please note the following guidelines:

  • Guests under 21 are not permitted in the Club after 7:00 PM.
  • Attendance at events is only permitted if explicitly stated as open to those under 21.
  • Members are fully responsible for the behavior and supervision of their children while on the premises.

Membership

As a member, you gain access to a world of exclusive experiences, events, and a like-minded community. The Vine Club welcomes families to enjoy all amenities, including the pool, spa, and events.

We have two membership tiers available:

Social:

  • A Work Away from Home Space with Complimentary Refreshments

VIP:

  • All Social Membership Benefits +
  • Private Concierge For Table Bookings At Restaurants
  • Access to VIP Culinary Experiences
  • Access to Personally Curated Wine and Liquor Program
  • $100 Monthly Spending Credit

We will have wine tastings, cooking classes, yoga by the pool, Kentucky watch parties, game nights, Keeneland brunches, and many more events for our members to enjoy!

Our event calendar can be found in the Vine Club Member Portal under “Events”. Members will also receive an email regarding upcoming events.

You can upgrade your membership at any time as long as we can accommodate additional VIP memberships at that time. To request an upgrade, email membership@thevinelex.com.

Yes, membership includes individuals residing in the Primary Member’s household, up to a total of six (6) people, including the Primary Member. All household members must share the same primary residence and may be required to provide proof of residency upon request. Please keep in mind that anyone under the age of 21 must be accompanied by an adult member 21 or older at all times and is not permitted in the Club after 7:00 PM.

Members may bring a maximum of two (2) guests at a time and are responsible for their guests and ensuring they adhere to the Club’s Code of Conduct. Guests must be accompanied by a member at all times while on Club premises or attending Club events. Within The Vine Club Member Portal, members can send two daily digital guest passes to their guests.

No, there is no minimum monthly spend required. We believe in offering flexibility and freedom to enjoy the club in a way that suits your lifestyle. While there’s no required spending threshold, we do encourage members to make the most of their experience — whether that’s dining with friends, booking a spa service, attending an event, or simply enjoying time on the rooftop. The more you engage, the more value you’ll find in your membership

To submit feedback, log in to The Vine Club Member Portal and on the “Home” page, navigate to the “Provide Feedback” page. Alternatively, you can send an email to memberships@thevinelex.com.

We do not offer the option to pause memberships. We are committed to maintaining a consistent and vibrant community experience for all members year-round. While we understand that travel or personal commitments may arise, our membership model is designed to support ongoing engagement and access to club offerings.

Email memberships@thevinelex.com, and they will assist. Cancellations must be requested in writing before the annual renewal date. Once processed, membership fees are non-refundable, except in cases where cancellation occurs before the renewal date.

The Vine Club Member Portal

For more information on how to utilize your Vine Club Member Portal, log into your portal and navigate to the “Home” page and then select the article “Start Here: A Guide to Your Member Portal”

Visit member.thevinelex.com to log into your member portal using the email we have on file. If you forgot your password, please select “Forgot Password”.

On your mobile phone (recommended), press the two bars above “Home” on the upper left corner of the home page. Then, scroll to the bottom of the screen and click on your name. This will lead you to your “Accounts” page where you can find your digital membership ID card, your profile information, and more.

On your desktop computer, click on your name in the lower left corner of the screen.

Click on your name in the lower left corner of the screen, then click on “Profile” to access your personal information, and click on “Advanced Settings” to update your password.

 

Bookings

Members can make dining reservations for The V and the rooftop within their member portal under “Reservations”. VIP Members can also text the concierge number at any time to make reservations.

Members can book a massage appointment at The Spa within their member portal under “Spa”.

Within the Vine Club Member Portal, navigate to the “Amenities” page to submit a private event request. If you are not a member, contact Kelly Wilson at  Kelly@thevinelex.com to learn more about hosting your event at The Vine.

No, anyone can host an event at The Vine. However, members receive priority bookings and are not charged a rental fee.

Yes, within the Vine Club Member Portal, navigate to the “Amenities” page and then select “The Spa at The Vine Club” to submit a private event request.

Within the Vine Club Member Portal, navigate to the “Reservations” page and then select “The Cabanas” to reserve one of our cabanas. Cabanas are the only club amenity where members may host up to 10 guests, making them ideal for casual gatherings or special celebrations.

Payment

In your member portal, click on your name in the lower left corner of the screen and then click on “Wallet”. Select the payment method you would like to update or choose “Add Payment Method” and follow the prompts.

Yes, membership dues auto-renew each year. However, you will receive an email notification 60 days before your membership renewal.

Visa, Amex, Mastercard, and Discover

In your member portal, click on your name in the lower left corner of the screen and then click on “Billing”. If you have any questions on a bill, please email our team at support@thevinelex.com.
